Mini Tab Inserter is our smallest solution for on press counting and tab inserting. With its small dimensions of 75x75x45mm the MTI can be mounted inside the delivery of many presses and die cutters.

MTI MINI TAB INSERTER
Designed to take up the minimum amount of space, the MTI mini tab inserter can be mounted directly to the side jogging plates inside the delivery. The tape reel holder and interface box have magnetic mountings for ease of installation.
The programmable interface box receives a count signal either directly from the host machine counter or from a sensor and can be programmed for batch counting of up to 9,999. It has a minus button to allow for any sheets removed from the delivery, cut delay and tab length control along with a total count display.
