an addition to the Vacuumatic range. The thickness compensating feeder is an extremely versatile machine, for fast and accurate feeding counting and batching of products of fixed and mixed thickness.

THE MINI-TCF2 FRICTION FEED COUNTING MACHINE

Following on from the success of the TCF2 range of friction feeder counting machines, the Mini TCF2 has been added to the range. Designed following customer feedback, the Mini TCF2 can count smaller items from 70 x 146 mm down to 20 x 54 mm of same and variable thickness of up to 2 mm thick with no adjustment. Easy to set up and operate the Mini TCF2 adds even more versatility to the Vacuumatic portfolio of friction feeders, counting and batching machines

TCF2 STAND-ALONE FRICTION FEEDER

New colour Touch screen.

Now with a new touch screen controller and the ability to feed products up to 15 mm thick. The TCF2 has a simple lever operation to allow even thicker products to be processed, in 5 steps: 0-1 mm, 0-5 mm, 3.5-8.5 mm, 7-12 mm, 10.5-15 mm.

5 Position Thickness Adjustment Lever.

The unique self-compensating separator system Enables the TCF2 friction feeder to feed items reliably and consistently even when the thickness is variable, either from piece to piece – such as filled envelopes – or across each individual item such as flat bottom bags or folded cartons.

With its adjustable delivery tray and ease of set up and operation, the TCF2 stand-alone machine is the most versatile feeder, counter and batcher on the market.
