The Count-S range
New analysing software and the latest digital camera technology with improved illumination, provides extended coverage of products that can be counted, this vertical card and plastic counting machine makes use of cutting edge optical technology to count stacks of board or plastic substrates. Heavily used by producers of ID and credit card type products in the Security industry, the Count-S counting card counting machine is now also being installed by high-value packaging producers.
The Count-S 450 is available with a Mono Chrome Gig-E camera or with a Colour Gig-E camera for counting a wider range of products.
Using the latest digital camera technology to scan the edge of the products enables the Count-S card and plastic counting machine to make its count with absolutely no contact. Marking and product damage is non-existent, counting results are returned within seconds.
The NEW “Enhanced Teach Facility Option”, supports remote service and set up, for materials that require special programming in line with Industry 4.0 requirements.
The Vacuumatic Count-S 450 optical counting machine has been specifically designed to enable the accurate counting of products that are too thick or heavy to be counted mechanically. The Count-S 450 can be sold as a stand-alone unit, or can be built into a client’s flow-line or manufacturing process.
