Vacuumatic: Commercial Counting Solutions
Vacuumatic designs and manufactures a versatile range of counting machines tailored to the commercial printing sector. Whether you're dealing with paper or card, our systems can count, batch, tab, separate, and feed materials with unmatched accuracy and efficiency.
We offer three advanced counting technologies to suit a variety of production needs:
- TCF2 Range for Friction-fed counting for fast, high-volume operations.
- Count-S Range for Optical counting, ideal for non-contact precision across delicate or irregular items.
- Vicount and SUPER 40 Range for Mechanical counting using pin & blade or disc systems, preferred for robustness and reliability.

Vacuumatic COUNT-S
Optical Contactless Counting
Specifically designed to enable the accurate counting of products that are too thick or heavy to be counted mechanically.
The Count-S scans the edge of a stack providing reliable counts in seconds using Mono Chrome or Colour cameras. The contactless optical counting approach removes any marking or potential for product damage.
The Count-S 450 can be sold as a stand-alone unit, or can be built into a client’s flow-line or manufacturing process.

Vacuumatic TCF2
Thickness Compensating Friction Feeder
Feed products up to 300mm by 325mm and up to 15 mm thick. Unique self compensating separators allow reliable and consistent feeding even when the thickness is variable - from piece to piece or across each individual item.
Available as a standalone machine or integrated via RS232 communication.
Adjustable:
- Speed control up to 1.5m/second.
- Width, height and pile height.
