Vacuumatic are proud to announce we will be exhibiting at ICE Europe 2027, the 15th International Converting Exhibitiont taking place from 9 – 11 March 2027 at the Munich Trade Fair Centre in Germany.
We will be demonstrating our Reel Tab Inserter System, the RTIS3, which has become a central provision in ensuring operator safety in the world of moving web production. The RTIS 3 integrates seamlessly with existing system sensors and uses the signal to automatically flag defects in moving webs on conveyor systems at speeds of up to 600 meters per minute. The label applicator is contactless and relies upon air pressure alone - this protects the moving web by minimising the risk of tear.
The RTIS Series of automatic web flagging systems by Vacuumatic is now in its third decade of production - a testament to the productiveness of our system the world over. Our experienced and friendly team will be on site to demonstrate and explain all aspects of the Vacuumatic RTIS3; including both our Head of Technical and Head of Sales.
