Vicount 2

The Vacuumatic Vicount 2 is our top-of-the-range single head Pin-&-Blade paper counting machine. Vicount 2 is supplied to industrial, commercial and security printshops around the world, who demand the highest level of accuracy and quality throughout their production process. Vicount 2 is capable of handling materials from 25gsm to 240gsm, at speeds of up to 2,500 sheets per minute. Available as either a benchtop or floorstanding unit, with 4 standard sizes of counting table, the Vicount 2 is flexible enough to be run as a stand-alone counting unit or as one component built into a cutting and finishing line.

Tab insertion is standard equipment, enabling materials to be batched into quantities between 2 and 9,999 sheets at a time. The Graphical User Interface is multi-lingual and allows simple programming and general operation of the machine.
