Super 20 Disc

The Vacuumatic Super 20 sheet counting machine is the flagship of the Vacuumatic product range and is the best-selling twin-headed counting machine on the market. It is also the only twin-headed machine available with either Disc or Pin-&-Blade counting technology. The Disc version is capable of counting at speeds of up to 5,000 sheets per minute on a range of materials from 60-210 gsm, subject to paper quality and disc selection. Disc counting technology minimizes damage or corner curl, an important consideration to security printers and manufacturers of fine or security papers.

Tab insertion is an option on the Super 20 Disc, enabling materials to be batched into quantities between 50 and 9,999 if necessary at a top speed of 3,500 sheets per minute. The Graphical User Interface is multi-lingual and allows programming and general operation of the machine. Super 20 Disc has been produced and supplied by Vacuumatic since 2001 and is trusted to perform by security printers, banknote manufacturers and security papermills around the world.
