Count-S 450B

The Vacuumatic Count-S 450B optical counting machine has been specifically designed to enable the accurate counting of products that are too thick or heavy to be counted mechanically. The machine uses digital camera technology, unique in its field, which scans the stack edge and return near instantaneous results. Optical counting is completely non-contact, so there is no damage to edges or corners. The Count-S 450B can be sold as a stand-alone unit, or can be built into a client’s flowline or manufacturing process.

The Count-S 450B is regularly installed by clients producing credit/debit cards or plastic security and ID cards. It can also be used to count thicker board based products such as packaging and boxes. We strongly recommend that testing is made prior to purchase, to confirm that positive results can be achieved. We are happy to receive your samples, film the testing and return the results on a CD or DVD.
